Your responsibilities
- Competent and friendly customer support for our transport management software application CarLo via the phone and by e-mail
- Identification and analysis of technical problems and malfunctions as well as finding solutions
- Documentation of customer requests and solutions in our ticket system
Minimum requirements
- Some initial work experience in software consulting is desirable
- First professional experience in the field of IT support/IT service desk desirable
- Good IT and/or logistics skills
- Quick thinking and good communication skills in English/Afrikaans

You will join a medium size but growing team at our Johannesburg Branch office. In addition, you will be in daily contact with, and supported by, your colleagues at our head office in Kempten, Bavaria and several international branch offices from Poland, Spain and Germany.
Kindly note, due to the nature of our operations, all our positions are office based.
